Grouped housing

This grouped housing project is taking shape in the French commune of Thonon-Les-Bains, known for its historic charm and idyllic setting on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Situated on a plot surrounded by villas and a peaceful, tree-lined environment, the building blends seamlessly into its surrounding atmosphere, emphasizing green spaces, large terraces and generous openings that welcome natural light.

This condominium offers 11 apartments, ranging from three to five rooms. The living rooms and bedrooms feature generous dimensions combined with pleasant ceiling heights (2.6 meters), guaranteeing spaciousness and comfort. Each apartment benefits from either a garden or a terrace, and all face south, southeast or southwest. North-facing apartments feature bedrooms, while south-east-west-facing apartments feature living rooms.

The building owes its charm to its modern, uncluttered architecture. The building is made of reinforced concrete, finished in a soft taupe rendering, with full-height triple glazing and fabric blinds. The mix of materials chosen, such as concrete, glass and steel, lends a refined elegance while harmonizing with the surrounding natural environment.

Thermal and acoustic insulation are of the highest quality, thanks to new construction techniques that include thick walls and high-performance insulating materials.

Vegetation and solar panels adorn the roof. Heating is provided by a heat pump. Home automation is also present to control blinds, lighting and temperature using an IPad.

Finally, particular attention was paid to the planting of native trees and shrubs on the plot.
