La Californie" is located in Collonge-Bellerive, a high-rise condominium project. In this beautiful 5,000 m² wooded park, the preservation of the natural environment and the enhancement of soft mobility were central concerns. Wooded strips, major tree species and the original grassing have been maintained, and a large area of open ground has been preserved. Access roads have been specially designed for soft mobility, and a pedestrian path with draining paving stones crosses the plot from the Californie stadium to the Route de Thonon below.
La Californie is the fruit of demanding construction and the use of noble materials, with its ultra-smooth, aesthetically pleasing reinforced concrete structure, ventilated ceramic facades, large triple-glazed full-height windows and longitudinal terraces counterbalanced by few load-bearing elements.
With a density of 35 %, this 4-storey PPE offers 13 corner apartments - from studios to 8-room penthouse apartments - with generous volumes, large bay windows and spacious terraces. A 250 m² penthouse with a planted patio on the roof offers a breathtaking view of the harbor. Underground parking completes the property.
The building is certified Minergie-A. It is equipped with a geothermal probe heat pump. Geothermal probes complete the installations, and the roof features 123 photovoltaic panels and 9 solar thermal panels. Home automation has been fully integrated: blinds, lights and room temperature are controlled via an iPad.
