The plot is close to the train tracks, so the project has been designed with particular attention to minimizing noise pollution, thanks to the building's strategic location, intelligent room typology and high-performance insulation, guaranteeing a peaceful and comfortable living environment. The commune's strategic location, in the immediate vicinity of international organizations, makes it an ideal place of residence for professionals and frequent travelers.

This condominium comprises nine apartments, ranging from studios to 4-room units, all with balconies or large gardens surrounded by native species and fruit trees. Bay windows reinforce the proximity to the surrounding nature. All apartments feature bright, functional living rooms and well-designed bedrooms.

Emphasis has been placed on the integration of high-quality materials and meticulous finishes, to create homes that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.
The cross-shaped architecture adds cachet and naturally creates an atmosphere where nooks and crannies cut off viewers, adding privacy and charm to each space.

Thermal insulation and soundproofing must be of the highest quality, which is why we have opted for advanced construction techniques, incorporating thick walls and high-performance insulating materials. The roof is planted with vegetation and solar panels, while the heating system is based on a heat pump.
