The villa is designed as a single-storey apartment, with 6 rooms that can be divided into 1 or 2 separate units.
All rooms are located on a single level, with direct access to the outside, offering privileged access for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
The 3 main facades are fully glazed and open onto the garden terrace, letting in an abundance of light.
Glass is echoed by wood, which is also given pride of place in this building. The villa is supported by a primary structure of stained larch, an innovative O'portune slab, solid wood posts and exposed whitewashed beams.
The project was prompted by the desire to combine demanding architecture with high energy efficiency. MINERGIE-P certified, the villa is self-sufficient in terms of photovoltaic electricity production and heat pump thermal production.
