The "Les Héléades" grouped housing project was born in the Citadelle district of Meyrin. In order to make the most of the surrounding nature and the beautiful view of the Jura mountain range, the emphasis was placed on numerous outdoor spaces, with a 1000 m² communal garden featuring a majestic cedar and fruit trees, as well as private gardens for the ground-floor apartments.

This condominium offers 7 through-apartments ranging from 3 to 5 rooms. Living rooms and bedrooms are generously dimensioned, with high ceilings (2.6 m). The first-floor apartments feature large terraces and hanging winter gardens (20 m²), while the south-east-west orientation and large bay windows guarantee plenty of light for each type. The 3-room penthouse offers spectacular 360-degree views.

Les Héléades is a pure, reinforced-concrete building with horizontally scalloped ceramic panels. The ventilated solid facades also feature a metal substructure. The glazed façades are full-height and fitted with fabric blinds. Located on the edge of the airport noise zone, the building's layout has been oriented to ensure that the rooms are phonetically preserved. Easily accessible, each apartment has 2 indoor parking spaces. The penthouse apartment has direct elevator access.

Heat is produced by a pellet-fired boiler, as well as thermal and photovoltaic panels on the roof, resulting in a THPE-certified building. The apartments are fully equipped with home automation systems to manage blinds, lights and temperature. They can also be fitted with an Oblo barometer to optimize energy management.
