In contrast to a conventional block of flats, the chosen architecture is based on a modular typology. The 3 buildings are staggered in plan, allowing volumes to be deconstructed and opening up beautiful views of the green spaces.
The project comprises 13 apartments on 3 levels, ranging from studio to 5-room, all intended for sale as condominiums.
The facades, in mass-colored concrete, are punctuated by the linearity of the slabs and by the large bay windows - mounted as sliding walls - which ensure maximum light and open onto the landscape.
With MINERGIE-P certification, the project aims for high energy standards. It also features a green roof with photovoltaic panels.
The private gardens on the first floor are part of a large communal green space, accessible to all buyers and respecting the right-of-way of the Commune and local residents.
