le môlan - grouped housing
Cologny
The Môlan grouped housing development is located in the heart of a beautiful wooded plot in the commune of Cologny. The project stems from a desire to densify this villa zone, while placing nature at the heart of the project.

Respect for the guardian cedar and non-building easements, optimal integration of the different types of building in an environment close to agricultural land, and concern for energy efficiency were the guiding principles of the architectural concept.
Le Môlan comprises 9 apartments, including 6 5-room condominiums in each part of the building, as well as 3 studio flats in front of the building's main pedestrian access.
Large, southwest-facing terraces open up the living areas of the apartments, including kitchens, lounges and dining rooms.
Several apartments have private gardens. They are complemented by a beautiful communal park, a link between the built environment and the neighboring agricultural zone.
All homes are designed with high energy efficiency in mind, with photovoltaic panels on the roof, triple glazing for optimum sound and heat insulation, and underfloor heating.
