In Chambésy, in a 2000 m² wooded setting featuring protected century-old tree species, 3 adjoining high-standing villas are built around the "bridge villa" concept. Volumes are designed to preserve maximum living space on the 1st floor, while the first floor is hollowed out to create a "suspension bridge" effect. Clearance and transparency ensure continuity between the 2 parts of the garden, while preserving privacy. Nature is given pride of place, both on the roof and on the planted facades. And light floods into the villas, thanks to large bay windows and zenithal lighting in the interior patios.
Each villa boasts 180 m² gross floor area, with 7 rooms spread over 3 levels. The first floor features 3 suites with dressing rooms and en-suite shower rooms, as well as large southwest-facing terraces. On the ground floor, the living areas are spacious and west-facing. The fully excavated basement features a games room, wellness area and wine cellar. The parking area shared by the 3 villas has been designed as a space-saving 2-level car elevator.
The villas are energy self-sufficient and equipped with home automation systems. THPE-certified, they feature thermal and photovoltaic panels on the roof and individual heat pumps connected to geothermal probes; each villa is also equipped with an Oblo barometer offering unrivalled accuracy. Optimum insulation is provided by triple glazing and a mixed construction of reinforced concrete slabs, a roof slab and wooden walls.
