Our approach<\/h2>\n

Our drive for continuous innovation has also led us to explore the immense possibilities offered by home automation. This is the motivation behind our partnership with the R2D2 workshop on the OBLO connected solution.<\/p>\n

The starting point<\/h2>\n

OBLO, created by R2D2, is an anticipatory heating control system for living spaces, 100% Swiss. It is based on a relatively simple observation: temperature changes in a closed space are slower than outside. In other words, the calorific inertia inside a building is greater than that of the environment in which it is located. This latency time, until now little or badly exploited, offers an extraordinary possibility: that of anticipating the energy needs of a dwelling according to the variations of the external environmental factors.<\/p>\n

The principle<\/h2>\n

Optimized thermal management with OBLO consists first of all in a fine measurement of the speed of temperature variations in a dwelling. To exploit these data in an optimal way, it is also necessary to consider other factors: building materials, geographical location, and in the context of a building, the floor of the house. OBLO can compile all these elements as well as environmental factors. The latter include the rate and duration of sunlight, seasonal solar power, temperature, humidity, wind characteristics and precipitation forecasts.<\/p>\n

Concretely<\/h2>\n

The OBLO algorithm is constantly enriched with the above-mentioned data, making it possible to anticipate thermal needs and to plan heat production. For example, this intelligent solution makes it possible to determine how long the indoor temperature is maintained after the heating is turned off, whether in the event of a strong winter breeze or during a period of spring sleet. Moreover, this highly innovative system allows for efficient and economical dynamic management of energy consumption, whether the indoor temperature is maintained or increased.<\/p>\n

In brief<\/h2>\n

OBLO is a self-learning tool, which thanks to its multifactorial and dynamic approach, is constantly enriched by the data collected. It is undoubtedly the most successful solution on the market in this sector. Simple, in the form of a box, OBLO allows equipped apartments or individual houses to reduce their energy bill by 15 to 20%. It is therefore an ideal complement to the innovative solutions offered by Ricq Architects. As a reminder, a reasoned and innovative thermal insulation reduces energy consumption by 30%. In addition, the use of a heat pump allows a saving of 70% compared to electric convectors. Combining OBLO with these different solutions means making huge savings while protecting the environment.<\/p>\n

Le point de d\u00e9part<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

OBLO, cr\u00e9\u00e9 par R2D2, est un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation de chauffage anticipatif des espaces habitables, 100% suisse. Il repose sur un constat de d\u00e9part relativement simple : les changements de temp\u00e9rature dans un lieu ferm\u00e9 se font plus lentement qu\u2019en ext\u00e9rieur. En d\u2019autres termes, l\u2019inertie calorifique \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un b\u00e2timent est plus importante que celle du milieu dans lequel il se situe. Ce temps de latence, jusque-l\u00e0 peu ou mal exploit\u00e9, offre une possibilit\u00e9 extraordinaire : celle d\u2019anticiper les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u2019un logement en fonction des variations des facteurs environnementaux ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\r\n

Le principe<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

La gestion thermique optimis\u00e9e avec OBLO consiste tout d\u2019abord en une mesure fine de la vitesse des variations de temp\u00e9rature dans un logement. Pour exploiter ces donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re optimale, il convient par ailleurs de consid\u00e9rer d\u2019autres facteurs : mat\u00e9riaux de construction, positionnement g\u00e9ographique, et dans le cadre d\u2019un immeuble, \u00e9tage de l\u2019habitation. OBLO permet de compiler l\u2019ensemble de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments ainsi que les facteurs environnementaux. Ces derniers comprennent notamment le taux et la dur\u00e9e d\u2019ensoleillement, la puissance solaire saisonni\u00e8re , la temp\u00e9rature, l\u2019hygrom\u00e9trie, les caract\u00e9ristiques du vent et les pr\u00e9visions de pr\u00e9cipitations.<\/p>\r\n

En permanence enrichi des donn\u00e9es \u00e9voqu\u00e9es plus haut, l\u2019algorithme OBLO permet d\u2019anticiper les besoins thermiques et de planifier la production de chaleur. Par exemple, cette solution intelligente permet de d\u00e9terminer combien de temps la temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure est maintenue apr\u00e8s arr\u00eat du chauffage, que ce soit en cas de forte bise hivernale ou en p\u00e9riode de giboul\u00e9es printani\u00e8res. Plus encore, ce syst\u00e8me hyper innovant autorise une gestion dynamique efficace et \u00e9conomique de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure ou de l\u2019augmenter.<\/p>\r\n

OBLO est un outil auto-apprenant, qui gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son approche multifactorielle et dynamique, s\u2019enrichit en permanence des donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es. Il s\u2019agit sans doute de la solution la plus aboutie du march\u00e9 sur ce secteur. Simple, se pr\u00e9sentant sous la forme d\u2019un bo\u00eetier, OBLO permet aux appartements ou au maisons individuelles \u00e9quip\u00e9es de r\u00e9duire de 15 \u00e0 20% leur facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019un compl\u00e9ment id\u00e9al aux solutions innovantes que propose Ricq Architectes. Pour rappel, une isolation thermique raisonn\u00e9e et innovante abaisse la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 30%. Par ailleurs, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une pompe \u00e0 chaleur permet une \u00e9conomie de 70% par rapport \u00e0 des convecteurs \u00e9lectriques.
