The 3 buildings are staggered in plan, allowing volumes to be deconstructed and opening up beautiful views of the green spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The project comprises 13 apartments on 3 levels, ranging from studio to 5-room, all intended for sale as condominiums. <\/p>\n<p>The facades, in mass-colored concrete, are punctuated by the linearity of the slabs and by the large bay windows - mounted as sliding walls - which ensure maximum light and open onto the landscape.<\/p>\n<p>With MINERGIE-P certification, the project aims for high energy standards.
