Das Konzept \"Bruder und Schwester\" umfasst zwei sich erg\u00e4nzende und harmonische Geb\u00e4ude
\u00fcber dem zentralen Dorfplatz. In einem befindet sich der Kindergarten, im anderen die Grundschule. Die unterschiedlichen H\u00f6hen bereichern die architektonische Landschaft und f\u00fcgen sich in das Stadtgef\u00fcge ein. Das Projekt verwendet Holz und recycelten Beton und respektiert damit die aktuellen klimatischen Herausforderungen.<\/p>\n

Unser Konzept mit dem Namen \"Bruder und Schwester\" beruht auf der Grundidee der Komplementarit\u00e4t und Harmonie. Das Projekt, das sich \u00fcber dem zentralen Dorfplatz befindet, besteht aus zwei unterschiedlichen Geb\u00e4uden, die wie Zwillingsfiguren aufeinander zu antworten scheinen und gleichzeitig eine neue Dynamik in die st\u00e4dtische Umgebung bringen.<\/p>\n

Das erste, vier Stockwerke hohe Geb\u00e4ude beherbergt das Kindergartenprogramm, w\u00e4hrend das zweite, drei Stockwerke hohe Geb\u00e4ude die Grundschule beherbergt. Daraus ergibt sich ein Gr\u00f6\u00dfenunterschied, der zur Bereicherung der architektonischen Landschaft beitr\u00e4gt und gleichzeitig den traditionellen Ma\u00dfstab des Dorfes respektiert. Das Projekt wertet den H\u00f6henunterschied des Gel\u00e4ndes auf. Diese H\u00f6henunterschiede sorgen auch f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Integration in das umliegende Stadtgef\u00fcge, wobei Folgendes erhalten bleibt
visuelle Harmonie und die Vermeidung einer unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfigen Dominanz. Um die obere und untere Ebene miteinander zu verbinden, wurde eine Stufe zwischen den beiden Geb\u00e4uden entworfen, die es den Menschen erm\u00f6glicht, von einer Ebene zur anderen zu gelangen, ohne das Grundst\u00fcck umrunden zu m\u00fcssen. Jedes Volumen beh\u00e4lt seine eigene vertikale Verteilung bei, wodurch die Str\u00f6me sowie die zur\u00fcckzulegenden Entfernungen innerhalb des Schulprogramms reduziert werden.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt ist mit einer konstruktiven Rationalit\u00e4t konzipiert, die den aktuellen klimatischen Herausforderungen Rechnung tr\u00e4gt. Um dies zu erreichen, wird Holz sowohl als Struktur als auch als H\u00fclle verwendet. Das gesamte Geb\u00e4ude ist in BLC-Holzrahmenbauweise mit kollaborierenden Holzdecken errichtet.<\/p>\n

Der Kern der tragenden Struktur der Schule besteht aus Stahlbeton, um eine
Verstrebung mit dem Rest der Struktur, die mit Holzrahmen f\u00fcr die Fassaden gebaut wurde. Diese Materialwahl beruhte auf ihrer Wirksamkeit in Bezug auf Schall- und W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung.<\/p>\n

Der Verwendung von Recyclingbeton und Holz aus Schweizer Herkunft als nat\u00fcrliche Materialien ohne Giftstoffe (Verputz, Naturkalk, L\u00e4rche) wurde Priorit\u00e4t einger\u00e4umt, wodurch die graue Energie und die Umweltbelastung reduziert werden.
Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass sich dieses Projekt durch seine Einfachheit auszeichnet und gleichzeitig die Herausforderung meistert, sich an die H\u00f6henunterschiede des Gel\u00e4ndes anzupassen, den Raum zu optimieren, eine Architektur zu schaffen, die mit dem umgebenden d\u00f6rflichen Stil harmoniert, und dazu kommt noch eine intelligente Verbindung zwischen den beiden Geb\u00e4uden.<\/p>\n
