Dieser Wettbewerb brachte uns dazu, die Raumnutzung neu zu \u00fcberdenken, um aufgrund des bereits gut bebauten Gel\u00e4ndes Gr\u00fcn- und Spielfl\u00e4chen zu erhalten. Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr eine kompakte L\u00f6sung, indem wir mit H\u00f6henspielen spielten, um den Eindruck eines imposanten Volumens zu verringern. So integrierten wir die teilweise unterirdische Turnhalle in die Grundschule und installierten einen der beiden Au\u00dfensportpl\u00e4tze auf dem Dach des ersten Stocks. Durch diese Entscheidung konnten wir einen ganzen Raum frei machen, der f\u00fcr einen Park und Spielger\u00e4te genutzt werden konnte.<\/p>\n

Der Standort \"IM SAND\", der von der Vispa umsp\u00fclt wird, verk\u00f6rpert die Zukunft der demografischen Entwicklung der Gemeinde Visp. Der Wettbewerb sieht den Bau einer neuen Grundschule und einer Doppelturnhalle in einem bereits gut bebauten Gebiet vor. Aus diesem Grund sollte die Integration des Geb\u00e4udes in seine derzeitige Umgebung untersucht werden. Das Bauprojekt schl\u00e4gt daher vor, den Charakter eines \u00f6ffentlichen Raums mit B\u00e4umen zu entwickeln sowie eine Zentralisierung der gesamten Programme in einem \u00f6konomischen und \u00f6kologischen Ziel aufzuwerten.<\/p>\n

Unser Konzept fasst das gesamte Programm in einem einzigen kompakten, gestaffelten Geb\u00e4ude zusammen und begrenzt so die Auswirkungen auf die
Vegetation des Grundst\u00fccks und erm\u00f6glicht die Schaffung von weitl\u00e4ufigen Naturr\u00e4umen und Parks, wodurch die Biodiversit\u00e4t gef\u00f6rdert wird. Seine zentrale Lage bietet eine universelle und erleichterte Zug\u00e4nglichkeit.<\/p>\n

Das neue Geb\u00e4ude f\u00fcgt sich durch seine abgestufte Volumetrie, die sich sowohl auf die umliegenden Wohnh\u00e4user als auch auf die bestehenden Schulgeb\u00e4ude bezieht, in die Umgebung ein und erm\u00f6glicht so einen \u00dcbergang zu den verschiedenen st\u00e4dtischen Ma\u00dfst\u00e4ben.<\/p>\n

Das Ger\u00e4t funktioniert wie drei verschiedene Einheiten, die wie Magnete miteinander verbunden sind und sich gegenseitig erg\u00e4nzen. Jede Einheit hat eine parallelepipedische Form mit einem eigenen Merkmal. Diese Anordnung erm\u00f6glicht eine effiziente und
und schafft ein interessantes Spiel mit dem Volumen. Die letzte Einheit im Norden schlie\u00dflich umfasst auch einen kleinen Innenhof, der der Nutzung durch die Lehrer gewidmet ist.<\/p>\n

Das Erdgeschoss ist dem au\u00dferschulischen Bereich gewidmet, der auch die Kindertagesst\u00e4tte, die Aula und die halb unterirdische Turnhalle umfasst. Um den Platz optimal zu nutzen, wurde die Turnhalle halb unter die Erde verlegt. In den oberen Stockwerken findet das Programm der Grundschule statt, w\u00e4hrend das untere Stockwerk f\u00fcr das Programm der Doppelturnhalle reserviert ist. Die Atmosph\u00e4re wird durch zwei Patios versch\u00f6nert, die sich in den Korridoren der Stockwerke befinden. Um den Raum zu optimieren und kompakt zu bleiben, wurde einer der beiden Allwetterpl\u00e4tze in das Dach des S\u00fcdteils des Geb\u00e4udes integriert.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt basiert auf einem regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen, sich wiederholenden Raster, das nicht nur die Struktur des Geb\u00e4udes definiert, sondern durch seine modulare Funktion auch den Innenraum organisiert. Das Geb\u00e4ude basiert auf einer Struktur aus einheimischem Holz, die aus Pfosten und Balken besteht. Das Untergeschoss des Geb\u00e4udes sowie die tragenden W\u00e4nde und Kerne bestehen aus W\u00e4nden aus recyceltem Beton. Die Verbundplatten zwischen den Stockwerken tragen zur Verstrebung und zur thermischen Tr\u00e4gheit des Geb\u00e4udes bei.<\/p>\n
