Der Wettbewerb f\u00fcr eine neue Schule, eine Kindertagesst\u00e4tte und eine Doppelsporthalle in Brig-Glis beinhaltete die Planung auf drei Ebenen, mit Einschr\u00e4nkungen bez\u00fcglich Volumen, Distanz und akustischem Komfort. Das Projekt wertete die Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen und das Untergeschoss auf und integrierte auch Fu\u00df- und Radwege.<\/p>\n

Im Zentrum der Gemeinde Brig-Glis fand der Wettbewerb f\u00fcr den Bau einer neuen Schule und Kindertagesst\u00e4tte statt. Das Gel\u00e4nde war in drei Ebenen mit unterschiedlichen Niveaus strukturiert, was die \u00dcberlegungen zum architektonischen Konzept sehr interessant machte. Abgesehen von diesem Aspekt wurde diese Herausforderung durch mehrere Einschr\u00e4nkungen erg\u00e4nzt, darunter die Bedeutung einer moderaten Volumetrie, der Abstand zwischen den Geb\u00e4uden und der akustische Komfort aufgrund der N\u00e4he zu Wohngebieten. Diese Elemente f\u00fchrten uns dazu, eine harmonische Architektur zu entwerfen, die den nat\u00fcrlichen H\u00f6henunterschieden des Gel\u00e4ndes gerecht wird und gleichzeitig die Anforderungen des Programms erf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt wurde so konzipiert, dass Leerr\u00e4ume und Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen erhalten blieben, indem das Untergeschoss aufgewertet wurde. Das Untergeschoss wurde durch einen gro\u00dfen Innenhof mit Tageslicht in eine Lernzone umgewandelt. Dadurch entstanden mehrere Pausenbereiche, in denen Au\u00dfenspiele stattfinden konnten, sowie ein Park mit B\u00e4umen.
Das Plateau im Westen gilt als der Sportbereich des Raumprogramms; es umfasst die Doppelsporthalle und l\u00e4sst Platz f\u00fcr zwei Au\u00dfensportpl\u00e4tze. Das zentral gelegene Plateau im Osten beherbergt die Grundschule, die vom Erdgeschoss bis zum vierten Stock reicht.<\/p>\n

Diese Anordnung erm\u00f6glicht die Identifizierung dieser beiden Einheiten und ein schnelles Verst\u00e4ndnis der R\u00e4umlichkeiten. Die au\u00dferschulische Betreuung und der Hort befinden sich unter der Erde, nat\u00fcrlich beleuchtet durch den gro\u00dfen Innenhof, strategisch zwischen der Schule und der Turnhalle gelegen. Der Au\u00dfenbereich des zentralen Plateaus bietet dann einen Raum f\u00fcr Begegnungen und den Hauptverkehr. Das dritte Plateau bleibt frei, um eine Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4che und einen freien Zugang zum unteren Erdgeschoss im Norden zu schaffen. Die Wege sind so angelegt, dass sie alle Bereiche miteinander verbinden und eine Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger- und Fahrradzone schaffen.<\/p>\n

Die tragende Struktur, einschlie\u00dflich der Decken und W\u00e4nde, wurde aus Stahlbeton und Recyclingbeton wegen seiner effektiven Schalld\u00e4mmung gebaut. Die Fassaden bestehen aus Holzsandwichpaneelen. Zwei Versteifungskerne aus Beton begleiten die Struktur, die haupts\u00e4chlich aus Betonpfeilern besteht, um eine maximale Bodenfestigkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, und das Dach ist in Holzrahmenbauweise ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
