Si les gains associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces solutions sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 extr\u00eamement significatifs, la collaboration de Ricq Architecte avec l\u2019atelier de domotique R2D2 sur ces nouvelles probl\u00e9matiques. Le r\u00e9sultat de ses travaux, en plus de permettre de faire des \u00e9conomies substantielles, rebat en profondeur les cartes entre les consommateurs et les acteurs historiques du secteur et ce gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gestion intelligente de l'\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\r\n

Le challenge <\/strong><\/p>\r\n

L'autonomie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est un souci permanent du bureau Ricq Architectes. Cela se traduit notamment par l'installation de panneaux solaires. Or, le stockage de l'\u00e9nergie produite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des batteries n'est pas encore une solution mature financi\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante, m\u00eame si les progr\u00e8s techniques en cours finiront certainement par assurer un bel avenir \u00e0 cette solution. Ainsi, \u00e0 l'heure actuelle, il importe de disposer d'un syst\u00e8me de gestion intelligent qui permette de jongler, au gr\u00e9 des besoins imm\u00e9diats, entre utilisation ou revente de l'\u00e9nergie solaire produite par le b\u00e2timent et consommation de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 fournie par les acteurs institutionnels, Service Industriel de Gen\u00e8ve par exemple. C'est ce que permet le syst\u00e8me de gestion RCP (Regroupement des Consommations Propres) d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l'atelier R2D2.<\/p>\r\n

Pratiquement<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Cette solution n\u00e9cessite le maintien d\u2019un compteur global pour le b\u00e2timent. En compl\u00e9ment de celui-ci, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des SIG, sont install\u00e9s, chez chaque occupant de l\u2019immeuble, des compteurs R2D2, certifi\u00e9s METAS et selon les cas lou\u00e9s ou vendus. Reli\u00e9s par un tunnel VPN \u00e0 un ordinateur central, ils permettent, via un syst\u00e8me de t\u00e9l\u00e9relev\u00e9, de mesurer la consommation de chaque logement, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 fournie par le producteur local ou de celle produite par les panneaux photovolta\u00efques du b\u00e2timent. C\u2019est ce qui permet d'\u00e9tablir facilement et avec pr\u00e9cision des factures mensuelles personnalis\u00e9es. Enfin, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me LED, chaque occupant est inform\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el de l\u2019origine de l'\u00e9nergie en cours d\u2019utilisation, pour une meilleure gestion des co\u00fbts.<\/p>\r\n

Un syst\u00e8me vertueux<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Ce principe agile de gestion des RCP assure aux diff\u00e9rents acteurs des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices substantiels. En premier lieu, lorsque les occupants utilisent l'\u00e9nergie solaire produite par le b\u00e2timent, le prix par kWH, est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui sinon factur\u00e9 par les SIG. Par ailleurs, hors p\u00e9riode d\u2019utilisation par les habitants, l'\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque de l\u2019immeuble, non stockable actuellement de mani\u00e8re efficace et rentable, est revendue au SIG \u00e0 un tarif avantageux pour lui. A titre indicatif, le prix de reprise de l'\u00e9nergie solaire par le SIG est aujourd\u2019hui de 14,27 cts\/kWH.
