Die mit diesen L\u00f6sungen verbundenen Gewinne sind zwar bereits \u00e4u\u00dferst signifikant, doch die Zusammenarbeit von Ricq Architecte mit dem Atelier f\u00fcr Haustechnik R2D2 zu diesen neuen Problematiken. Das Ergebnis seiner Arbeit erm\u00f6glicht nicht nur erhebliche Einsparungen, sondern mischt auch die Karten zwischen den Verbrauchern und den etablierten Akteuren des Sektors neu, und zwar dank eines intelligenten Energiemanagements.<\/p>\n

Die Herausforderung <\/strong><\/p>\n

Energieautonomie ist ein st\u00e4ndiges Anliegen des B\u00fcros Ricq Architectes. Dies zeigt sich vor allem in der Installation von Solaranlagen. Die Speicherung der erzeugten Energie in Batterien ist jedoch noch keine ausgereifte und finanziell interessante L\u00f6sung, auch wenn der technische Fortschritt dieser L\u00f6sung sicherlich eine gro\u00dfe Zukunft bescheren wird. Daher ist es heute wichtig, \u00fcber ein intelligentes Managementsystem zu verf\u00fcgen, das es erm\u00f6glicht, je nach unmittelbarem Bedarf zwischen der Nutzung oder dem Weiterverkauf der vom Geb\u00e4ude erzeugten Solarenergie und dem Verbrauch von Strom, der von institutionellen Akteuren wie dem Service Industriel de Gen\u00e8ve geliefert wird, zu jonglieren. Dies erm\u00f6glicht das vom Atelier R2D2 entwickelte Verwaltungssystem RCP (Regroupement des Consommations Propres).<\/p>\n

Praktisch<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diese L\u00f6sung erfordert die Beibehaltung eines Gesamtz\u00e4hlers f\u00fcr das Geb\u00e4ude. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu diesem Z\u00e4hler, der Eigentum der SIG ist, werden bei jedem Bewohner des Geb\u00e4udes R2D2-Z\u00e4hler installiert, die METAS-zertifiziert sind und je nach Fall gemietet oder verkauft werden. Sie sind \u00fcber einen VPN-Tunnel mit einem Zentralrechner verbunden und erm\u00f6glichen \u00fcber ein Fernauslesesystem die Messung des Verbrauchs jeder Wohnung, sei es der vom lokalen Stromerzeuger gelieferte Strom oder der von den Photovoltaikpaneelen des Geb\u00e4udes erzeugte Strom. Das ist es, was es erm\u00f6glicht, einfach und genau personalisierte monatliche Rechnungen zu erstellen. Schlie\u00dflich wird jeder Bewohner dank eines LED-Systems in Echtzeit \u00fcber die Herkunft der gerade genutzten Energie informiert, was zu einem besseren Kostenmanagement f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Ein tugendhaftes System<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dieses agile Prinzip des RCP-Managements sichert den verschiedenen Akteuren erhebliche Vorteile. Erstens ist der Preis pro kWh, wenn die Bewohner die vom Geb\u00e4ude erzeugte Solarenergie nutzen, niedriger als der Preis, den die SIG sonst in Rechnung stellen w\u00fcrde. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird die photovoltaische Energie des Geb\u00e4udes, die derzeit nicht effizient und rentabel gespeichert werden kann, au\u00dferhalb der Nutzungszeiten durch die Bewohner zu einem f\u00fcr die GIS vorteilhaften Preis an diese weiterverkauft. Zur Orientierung: Der Preis f\u00fcr die \u00dcbernahme von Solarenergie durch das GIS liegt heute bei 14,27 ct\/kWH. Somit stellt diese neue Art der Verwaltung der RCP ein tugendhaftes System dar, das im \u00dcbrigen auch auf die Verwaltung des Gas-, Heizungs- oder Warmwasserverbrauchs angewendet werden kann. <\/p>\n
