The Dock bietet dank seiner 40 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfen, voll verglasten Au\u00dfenterrasse einen herrlichen sonnigen Wohnbereich. Die Villa, die an den urspr\u00fcnglichen Metallrahmen des Hangars angelehnt ist, hat einen willkommenen Hauch von W\u00e4rme hinzugef\u00fcgt. Auf der Seite, die der Juraregion zugewandt ist, wurde ein bepflanzter Rasen hinzugef\u00fcgt, der den urspr\u00fcnglichen Asphalt ersetzt und die industrielle Atmosph\u00e4re aufhellt.<\/p>\n

Auch die Baumaterialien verweisen auf die industriellen Urspr\u00fcnge des Ortes: Die Villa hat einen prim\u00e4ren Metallrahmen, um den herum eine sekund\u00e4re Holzstruktur errichtet wurde. Und brushed stainless steel, exposed concrete, and powdered floors finished by sanding aesthetically round out the whole.<\/p>\n

Mit einer Fl\u00e4che von 260 m\u00b2 bewahrt die Villa das urspr\u00fcngliche Profil des Schuppens, hat aber nun 7 Zimmer auf 2 Etagen: Der Tagesbereich befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, die Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock.<\/p>\n

This configuration has made it possible to fuse the ground floor rooms into a single shared volume, from the den to the kitchen, the latter looking out onto the patio. The oversized exterior openings let light flow in from the patio, splendidly illuminating the interior and opening up bedrooms and other private
