Die Fassade stellt einen einladenden, \u00e4sthetisch rhythmischen Dialog zwischen dem Grau des Roughcast und den Holz- und Bronzet\u00f6nen der Balkone, Gew\u00f6lbe, Fensterrahmen und Schieferverkleidungen her, die der Struktur als Ganzes W\u00e4rme verleihen.
Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen und Gemeinschaftsbereiche haben in Le Chantemerle einen hohen Stellenwert. Auf dem Land um das Geb\u00e4ude herum wachsen alte Zedernb\u00e4ume, private G\u00e4rten, ein Spielplatz und Gem\u00fcseg\u00e4rten f\u00fcr die Bewohner.
