Unser Vorgehen<\/h2>\n

Aus dieser Motivation heraus entstand unsere Partnerschaft mit dem Atelier R2D2 \u00fcber die vernetzte L\u00f6sung OBLO.<\/p>\n

Der Ausgangspunkt<\/h2>\n

OBLO, von R2D2 entwickelt, ist ein System zur vorausschauenden Heizungsregelung in Wohnr\u00e4umen, 100% Schweiz. Es beruht auf einer relativ einfachen Ausgangslage: Temperatur\u00e4nderungen in einem geschlossenen Raum vollziehen sich langsamer als im Freien. Mit anderen Worten: Die W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gheit im Inneren eines Geb\u00e4udes ist gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die der Umgebung, in der es sich befindet. Diese bislang kaum oder nur unzureichend genutzte Latenzzeit bietet eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche M\u00f6glichkeit: die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Energiebedarf einer Wohnung entsprechend den Ver\u00e4nderungen der \u00e4u\u00dferen Umweltfaktoren zu antizipieren.<\/p>\n

Das Prinzip<\/h2>\n

Ein optimiertes W\u00e4rmemanagement mit OBLO besteht zun\u00e4chst einmal aus einer genauen Messung der Geschwindigkeit der Temperaturschwankungen in einer Wohnung. Um diese Daten optimal zu nutzen, m\u00fcssen dar\u00fcber hinaus auch andere Faktoren ber\u00fccksichtigt werden: Baumaterialien, geografische Lage und im Falle eines Geb\u00e4udes auch die Etage der Wohnung. OBLO erm\u00f6glicht die Zusammenstellung all dieser Faktoren sowie der Umweltfaktoren. Zu den Umweltfaktoren geh\u00f6ren Sonnenscheindauer und -rate, saisonale Solarleistung, Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit, Windverh\u00e4ltnisse und Niederschlagsprognosen.<\/p>\n

Konkret<\/h2>\n

Der OBLO-Algorithmus, der st\u00e4ndig mit den oben erw\u00e4hnten Daten angereichert wird, erm\u00f6glicht es, den W\u00e4rmebedarf vorauszusehen und die W\u00e4rmeerzeugung zu planen. So kann diese intelligente L\u00f6sung beispielsweise bestimmen, wie lange die Innentemperatur nach dem Ausschalten der Heizung gehalten werden kann, sei es bei einer starken Winterk\u00fchle oder bei Fr\u00fchlingsgef\u00fchlen. Mehr noch, dieses hyperinnovative System erm\u00f6glicht eine effiziente und sparsame dynamische Steuerung des Energieverbrauchs, egal ob die Innentemperatur gehalten oder erh\u00f6ht werden soll.<\/p>\n

OBLO ist ein selbstlernendes Tool, das dank seines multifaktoriellen und dynamischen Ansatzes st\u00e4ndig mit den gesammelten Daten angereichert wird.
